M.C. Triton has been member of EI Consulting Group

Since 1.7.2006 M.C.TRITON, spol. s r.o. has been a member of the EI Consulting Group, an alliance of European consulting companies. Our entry into this company was motivated by our strategic initiative for the period 2006 – 2010, namely to strengthen the international dimension of our activities and brand name. As such it is an excellent complement to our direct entry into foreign markets, which we are currently preparing.

What we value most of all in EI Consulting Group is three working principles. The first is vision – simply expressed in the motto “Being International in Europe – Bringing European Solutions to Business Activities.”

The second is no restriction of the entrepreneurial independence of individual group members. Instead, emphasis is placed on highlighting the advantages and synergy in cooperation – sharing know-how and human resources and mutual support of business interests.

The third is the approach of specific individuals among the partner companies. We have already had the opportunity to witness their promptness, willingness and professionalism.

We have specific goals for our activities in EI Consulting Group. The starting point for our work in EI Consulting Group is a simple philosophy – first of all each member should give, only then they have the right to want and to take. Therefore we have clearly formulated our goals in the language of an offer to other members of the group. In Germany it is said that “Alle gute Sachen sind drei” (All good things come in threes), thus we also have three goals:
1.       To generate offers for common projects on the Czech-Slovak market.
2.       To actively participate in the activities of working groups and contribute to the development of shared know-how within the group.
3.       To be an initiator and a promoter active in other segments of the European market – Russian, Baltic, Bulgarian and Romanian.

As a further bonus we can add a fourth goal:
4.       To offer members of the group the services of TRITON Cert and TRITON Hunters, in this way widening the opportunities for mutual cooperation.

We see our cooperation in the framework of EI Consulting Group as an interesting and promising opportunity, not only for the development of our clients’ business, that of our partners in the group and our own, but also for a positive shift in standards of European consulting.
